Pick a starving crowd
Hormozi ranks the market first, the offer second and your sales skill last. A good market has four signs. The people are in real pain, they can afford to pay, you can find them easily, and there are more of them each year.

Why some offers sell themselves
Two gyms on the same street sell the same workouts. One begs for members and the other has a waiting list. Alex Hormozi says the difference is usually the offer, meaning exactly what you promise, who it's for, what it costs and what happens if it doesn't work.

Hormozi ranks the market first, the offer second and your sales skill last. A good market has four signs. The people are in real pain, they can afford to pay, you can find them easily, and there are more of them each year.
Buyers weigh four things. Value rises with the result they dream of and how likely they think they are to get it. It falls with how long it takes and how much effort it costs. Most sellers only talk up the dream.
If your offer looks like everyone else's, buyers line you up side by side and pick the cheapest. Hormozi would rather you charge more and spend the margin on better results. He calls this the virtuous cycle of price.
List every obstacle a buyer will hit before, during and after buying. Turn each one into something you'll do for them. Cut the pieces that cost you a lot and matter little. Bundle what's left. That bundle is the Grand Slam Offer.
Once the core is right, Hormozi adds five enhancers. Scarcity and urgency give people a reason to act now. Bonuses solve the next problem they'll face. A guarantee moves the risk onto you. A good name tells the right people it's for them.
Grand Slam Offer
Build an offer so good that turning it down feels foolish. Hormozi calls it a Grand Slam Offer.
Starving crowd
Pick a market that's in pain, has money, is easy to reach and is growing.
Value equation
Value rises with the dream outcome and how likely it seems. It drops as the wait and the effort grow.
Price
Charge more, not less. A higher price lets you deliver more and brings buyers who care.
The stack
List every problem a buyer faces, then turn each one into a solution you add to the offer.
